摘　　要：铁道部为了满足六大干线全面建成提速安全标准线的要求，明确提出要在六大干线建设”地对地、地对车、车对地”安全监控体系。针对铁道部这一新的业务发展和IT建设计划，惠普公司协助铁道部信息技术中心于去年3月底开展了“移动数据传输统一平台（MTUP）”的合作开发。MTUP系统是铁道部安全监控系统的核心基础部件．对于铁道部在大提速背景下的安全运行有重大意义。In order to meet safety standards, Ministry of Railways completed six trunk full lines requirements specified in the construction of six major trunk lines ＂land and land, land and train, train and land＂ security surveillance system.
