磷［^（32）P］玻璃微球抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：磷［３２Ｐ］玻璃微球（３２ＰＧＭＳ）是一种新的放射性治疗药物。作者采用集落形成试验及间质注射方法，观察了３２ＰＧＭＳ对人舌鳞癌Ｔｃａ８１１３细胞系及小鼠Ｓ１８０实体瘤的作用，３２ＰＧＭＳ在体内、体外均有明显的抑瘤作用，随着剂量增加，效应增强。P GMS in combination with hyperthermia and mitomycin C showed marked antitumor activity against mice solid tumor sarcoma 180 (S180) in vivo. At the doseage of 1.9 MBq a mice and the temperature of 43℃, the inhabition rate of S180 was 77.7% (P<0.01), and the E/O value was 1.41。 32 P GMS in combination with mitomycin C was also active against S180. The inhabition rate was 66.1% (P<0.01), and the E/O value was 1.05 at the doseages of 1.9 MBq a mice and 0.1 mg a mice.
