摘  要:本文利用笔者自行设计的脉动波循环系统及波速测定装置,通过改变管壁弹性、管内液体压力及液体粘度,对脉动波在乳胶管内的传播速度进行了测量比较,并对上述诸因素的改变引起波速改变的原因进行了分析。从本实验结果可知,三因子的相对变化所引起的波速的相对变化在同一量级内,从而指出在用脉搏波速进行病理研究时,要充分考虑上述因素的影响。In the experiment, by changing the elasticity of pipeline walls, the liquid pressure in the pipeline and the liquid viscosity ,the authors measured the pulse-wave propagation velocity in the latex pipeline with self-made pules-wave circular system and wavevelocity determination device.The wave velocity variation caused by changes in the above factors was analyzed. The results showed that the relative variation of wave velocity due to changes in these three factors was in the same quantitation range. The authors suggest that the above factoros should all be considered when pulse-wave velocity is studied pathologically.
