摘  要:本文报道了采用正交试验法设计实验方案研究米诺地尔溶液中硫代硫酸钠和EDTA-二钠用量及溶液pH值对稳定性的影响。用化学动力学方法求得反应级数、反应速度常数和活化能,推算室温贮存期。研究表明,米诺地尔溶液的氧化反应符合动力学伪一级反应,室温贮存期可达半年,结果经方差分析有非常显著性意义。inoxidil tincture can be used for treating trichomadesis and balding,but it is easyly oxidized during the stor-age. Some antioxidants can reduce the oxidative rate ,such as sodiurn thiosulfate. The content of sodiurn thiosulfateand EDTA-2Na ,the influence of PH value on the stability of the solution were studied. The experiment plans weredesigned according to orthogonal method ,using chemical kinetics method to study reaction order and calculate reac-tion rate constant ,energy of activation and shelf life. The results showed that oxidative reaction of minoxidil tinc-ture accords with kinetic pseudo-first order reaction ;the shelf life is about half a year. The orthogonal experimentshowed that A3B3C3 was chosen as the more optimal prescrition. The results were highly significant examined hyvariance analyses.
