摘　　要：土地资产收益的分配是国民收入分配的基础和重要组成部分,保障其收益分配的公平性和合理性对于促进国民经济的可持续发展、实现土地的可持续利用具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文对我国当前土地资产收益分配中存在的问题进行了分析,并针对其提出了一系列改进的措施。The distribution of land benefit is the foundation and an integral component of national incorre distribution;therefore,it is of great theoretical and realistic importance to sustainable development of national economy and reallzation of sustainable utllization of land to ensure a fair and retional distribution of land＇s benefit,In this paper,the authors analyze the problems of our country＇s land income distribution at present,and put forward several countermeasures.
