摘　　要：介绍了石钢采用55t转炉-60tLF精炼炉-弧形连铸机-530／650轧机生产φ16—130mm40CrH棒材的情况，要求对淬透性影响较大的元素C，Mn，Cr的标准偏差α≤0．02％，氧含量为（11．2—28．8）×10^-6，淬透带J9稳定在47—52HRC，力学性能与电炉钢性能相当，满足了汽车钢用户要求。The production of 40CrH rod of 16 - 130 mm with process of 55 - ton converter -60 - ton LF refi- ning furnace - bow - type continuous caster - 530/630 rolling mill is introduced, the steel has properties, its standard deviation of content of C, Mn, Cr elements affecting greatly the hardenability of steel is below 0.02 percent, oxygen content is （11.2-28.8） × 10^-6, hardened region J9 keeps steadily within 47 -52 HRC, and its mechanical properties is correspond to electric furnace steel and can meet automobile customers.
