摘  要:考古中常在同一遗址挖出大量文物碎片,将其分类并拼成一个个文物费时费力。探讨计算机辅助文物修复系统架构,并对常见的旋转体文物碎片修复涉及的旋转轴和轮廓线计算等关键技术进行讨论,主要是基于文物碎片的三维点云数据,采用二次曲面拟合方法计算法向量并以此为基础采用直线几何方法计算整个物体的旋转轴,使计算的旋转轴更精确;采用SDM方法快速、精确地计算文物碎片的轮廓线。可用于实现文物碎片的管理、分类、检索,为文物修复工作提供支持,为考古人员节省宝贵的时间。Many cultural relic fragments are often obtained by archaeologist at a same archaeological excavation sites, and it's difficult and time-consuming to classify and joint the relic fragments to reconstruct some whole relics. A framework of computer aided cultural relics reconstruction system serve as the basis of the cultural relic reconstruction process was given, and some key technologies such as computing the rotational axis and the profile of rotational symmetric cultural relic were discussed. To quickly estimate the rotational axis, firstly, the normal was calculated using quadratic fitting method and then the line geometry method was used to estimate the rotational axis. This method is more robust and the obtained rotational axis is more accurate. Square Distance Minimization (SDM) was used to estimate the profile to get good fitting effect. The system can be used to manage, classify and retrieve cultural relic fragments, and also can save the time for archaeologist.
