摘 要:提出了动态稳定腔的分析和设计方法,扩展了波面耦合理论在谐振腔设计中的应用,并以两种具有不同动态热焦距的侧面抽运激光头为例设计了相应的动态稳定谐振腔。通过实验证明这两种动态稳定腔均具有较大的基模体积,而且可以在额定抽运功率下稳定工作,获得了11.2WTEM00模532nm激光,单模绿光的电-光转换效率为3.2%,光-光转换效率7.4%(808-523nm),其重复频率为10kHz、脉宽110ns、M^2为1.8,功率不稳定度1.1%(RMS)。A dynamically stable resonator for diode side-pumping laser was discussed. A practical technique was described for measuring and calculating thermal lenses in diode side-pumping laser. Two kinds of dynamically stable resonator were designed and compared using by two laser module which had different thermal fecal length respectively and successfully implemented, the dynamically stable resonators had large fundamental mode radius, and could obtain 11.2W TEM00-mode 532nm output power with 10kHz repetition rate, 110ns pulsewidth, 1.8M^2 and 1.1% stability. The electrical-to-optical conversion efficiency and the optical-to-optical conversion efficiency were 3.2% and 7.4%, respectively.
