摘 要:在脉冲TEA CO2激光器中采用角隅反射镜作为全反镜,平行平面镜作为输出镜组成新型激光谐振腔。本文重点研究了角隅谐振腔气体激光器的抗失调特性,并与平凹腔气体激光器进行了对比。在平面输出镜失调角同为6角分时,实验结果表明若平凹腔激光器的单脉冲输出能量下降47%,角隅腔激光器的单脉冲输出能量仅下降8%,且近场光斑光强分布没有明显变化。当砷化镓输出镜透过率分别为71%、40%和30%时,角隅腔激光器的单脉冲输出能量分别为6.46 J、4.6 J和3.4 J。使用模式仪测量,其结果表明:角隅腔激光器近场光强分布均匀。The comer cube mirror cavity consists of a comer cube mirror as the totally reflecting mirror and a parallel fiat partially reflecting mirror as the output mirror. When the output mirror was deflected and the.,misalignment angle turned to 6′, the experiment results indicated that the single-pulse output energy of the plane-concave cavity laser unit decreased 47%, the single-pulse output energy of the comer cube cavity decreased 8%, and the near-field thermal paper beam patterns of the comer cube cavity laser had little change. When the transmission capability of the GaAs output plane mirror were 71% ,40% and 30% respectively, the single-pulse energy of the comer-cube cavity laser were 6.46J,4.6J and 3.4J respectively. The analytical results of the mode instnunent showed that the near-field beam intensity distribution of the plane-corner cube mirror cavity laser was uniform.
