摘  要:介绍了大功率特种离心泵的瞬态工作特性,分析了离心泵中旋转主轴密封系统的特殊性能要求。以特殊工作需要为依据,探讨了几种可能被采用的传统和新型密封型式,介绍了填料密封、机械密封、浮环密封、螺旋密封和磁流体密封的工作原理、性能特点和适用范围。根据密封装置工作条件的特殊性和各种密封的性能和结构特点,设计了适合于瞬态工作离心泵的组合密封结构形式,并对该组合密封的适用性进行了分析。The transient characteristic of large-scale centrifugal pump worked under water was introduced. The special performance on main shaft seal of the pump was analyzed. Considering the influence of the special working condition, some conventional and late-model hermetically-sealed structure can be used potentially were discussed, and the operating principle, main advantages and applicability of packing seal, mechanical seal, floating-ring seal, helix seal and ferrofluid seal were introduced respectively. According to the special operating requirement of the sealing system and the performance of the appropriable seal structure, the suitable model of special assembled structure for this rotary shaft sealing system was designed, and some elementary analysis on the structure of the assembled seal system was carried out.
