摘　　要：对化工系统原料的储运和配料系统的自动化控制系统、状态检测及故障诊断报警系统、实时动态称量配料系统、料位检测技术、自动控制定位的可逆配料设备、卸料装置、物料排堵新工艺等进行了研究,成果应用到大庆工程中,效果良好,达到国际同类系统的先进水平。This paper covers chemical raw material storage, handling and batching system, focusing on the description of automatic control, condition monitoring and fault diagnosing, real- time dynamic weighing/batching, material level checking, automatic positioning reversible batching equipment, discharging equipment, material clean- up technologies. This storage, handling and hatching system has the same technological level of international similar systems and has been used in Daqing project successfully.
