乳洁安胶囊对乳腺增生大鼠激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳洁安胶囊对乳腺增生大鼠血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)的影响。方法:应用腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇复制大鼠乳腺增生模型,同时应用药物治疗。实验30d后处死,心脏采血,放免法检测血清中E2、P、PRL的含量。同时取乳腺作组织切片观察。结果:模型组大鼠乳腺增生明显,E2、PRL含量较正常组显著升高,而灌服乳洁安胶囊的大鼠均能不同程度抑制乳腺组织增生,和模型组相比,E2、PRL含量明显降低。结论:乳洁安胶囊有降低乳腺增生大鼠E2、PRL水平,抑制乳腺增生,调节内分泌激素水平的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Rujie＇an capsules on serum concentration of estradiol （E2）, progesterone （p） and prolactin （PRL） in rats of mammary gland hyperplasia. METHODS The model of mammary gland hyperplasia was induced by benzoate estradiol intraperitoneal injection in Sprague-Dawley female rats. The model rats were treated with different drugs respectively. All rats were killed after 30 days, blood was gotten from hearts, serum E2, P and PRL were determined by radioimmunoassay （RIA）. At the same time, the tissue of second pair of mammary glands was taken out and observed. RESULTS Compared with the normal group, the proliferation was obvious in mammary gland tissue and the serum levels of E2, PRL remarkably increased in model group. Rujie＇an capsules could inhibit the mammary gland hyperplasia to some extent. In Rujie＇an groups, the serum levels of E2, PRL were lower than that of model group. CONCLUSION Rujiean capsules have the effect of decreasing the serum levels of E2, PRL. It can inhibit mammary gland hyperplasia and regulate the endocrine hormone balance.
