摘 要:目的:分析研究甘肃麻黄挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取麻黄挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术进行挥发油的成分分析。结果:通过计算机检索、图谱解析共鉴定了60个化学成分,其中草麻黄50个,膜果麻黄44个,分别占其总峰面积的91.33%,90.63%。草麻黄中含量最高的是d-α-松油醇,膜果麻黄中含量最高的是十六烷酸。结论:首次研究了甘肃野生草麻黄及膜果麻黄挥发油化学成分,为合理开发和利用资源提供依据。OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oil of Herba Ephedrae from Gansu. METHODS The essential oil of Herba Ephedrae was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). RESULTS 60 Compounds were identified, among them 50 compounds in Ephedra Sinica Stapf and 44 in Ephedra przezoalskiistapf were separated and identified. The contents were 91.33% and 90. 63% of the total peaks respectinely.The content of d-α-terpineol in Ephedra Sinica Stapf and hexadecanoic acid in Ephedra przewalskiistapf were the highest. CONCLUSION The essential oils of Herba Ephedrae from Gansu are first studied. It provides scientific bases for the Ephedra exploitation and use.
