摘　　要：以泰州市参赛的2007年第五届江苏省园艺博览园规划设计方案为例,通过对方案构思形成过程的介绍分析,探讨塑造特定地域自然文化特征与构建和谐景观之间密不可分的关系,为设计构思提供了参考。方案以城市关键词凤、水为主,找寻城市与自然和谐的切入点,形成“水与自然”“、水与城市”“、水与文化”3大主题。Taking the master planning of the Fifth Horliculture Exposition of Jiangsu Province as an example, and lhrough the introduction and analyses of the design course, the close relation between construction of special region natural-cultural characters and creation of harmonious landscape is discussed in this paper, and some references for creating new ideas of landscape planning and design are provided. The plan grasps the key city factors of wind and water and manages to find the culling point for the harmony belween city and nature, and three themes of ＂water and nature＇, ＂water and city＂, and ＂water and culture＂ are formed,
