摘 要:目的了解重庆汉族人群弓形虫易感性与HLA-DQ间的相关性。方法首先通过横断面调查筛选弓形虫感染者,按1∶1配对选取对照,然后利用序列特异性寡核苷酸引物多聚酶链反应(PCR/SSP)对两组的HLA-DQ1、DQ3的分布频率进行分析。结果感染组HLA-DQ3基因频率明显高于未感染组(P<0.05),相对危险度为4,而HLA-DQ1的基因频率在两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论提示HLA-DQ3可能与重庆汉族人群感染弓形虫相关。Objective To investigate the association between HLA-DQ and the susceptibility to toxoplasma among Chongqing Han population. Methods Toxoplasma infected subjects were screened out by cross-sectional survey, then the control subjects were selected through pair matching at the ratio of 1: 1. Polymerase chain reaction and sequence specific primer(PCR/SSP) were used to determine the frequency distribution of HLA-DQ1 and DQ3 in the two groups. Results The gene frequency distribution of DQ3 was increased among the toxoplasma infected individuals as compared with control subjects and the odds ratio (OR) of DQ3 was 4 (P 〈 0.05 ), while the OR of DQ1 was 0.67 (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion HLA-DQ3 may be associated with toxoplasma infection in Chongqing Han population.
