颅内压增高时眼上静脉改变的MRI研究

摘　　要：目的观察颅内压增高时眼上静脉的改变,为颅内压增高的诊断提供影像学依据。方法收集60例颅内压增高患者和60例正常成人的眼上静脉MR I资料,对比观测眼上静脉的直径及形态学变化,并对其中12例颅内压增高患者进行了随访观察。结果颅内压增高患者眼上静脉直径大于正常对照组,二组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。颅内压增高患者中21例(35%)眼上静脉在球后相同位置连续双层面显示,8例(13.3%)眼上静脉的走行发生改变。对12例颅内高压患者的随访观察显示,随着颅内压降低,其眼上静脉直径均有不同程度的缩小。结论眼上静脉能够在一定程度上反映颅内压的变化情况,对颅内高压的诊断和疗效评价有一定的临床意义。Objective To observe the changes of superior ophthalmic vein and provide image data for the diagnosis of intracranial hypertension. Methods in intracranial hypertension, MRI scans were taken on 60 intracranial hypertension patients and 60 control subjects. The morphology and the diameter of superior ophthalmic vein were observed in intracranial hypertension patients and 60 control subjects. Twelve patients were followed up. Results The diameter of superior ophthalmic vein was larger in intracranial hypertension patients than that in control group （P〈0.05）. In 60 intracranial hypertension patients, 21 cases （35%） displayed superior ophthalmic vein in double axial layers continuously.and 8 cases （13.3%） showed tortuosity of superior ophthalmic vein. Along with the extenuation of intracranial hypertension, superior ophthalmic vein recovered accordingly. Conclusion The changes of superior ophthalmic vein could indicate the changes of intracranial pressure to some extent, and would be of high clinical reference nial hypertension.
