摘　　要：蛋白质组学是对由一个基因组,或一个细胞、组织表达的所有蛋白质视为一个整体进行研究,是后基因时代的生命科学研究的重心。蛋白质组学技术为研究视网膜生理活动规律和疾病病变机制提供了一个新的研究平台。我们就蛋白质组学在视网膜领域的应用作一综述。Proteomics is the integrated study of total expressed proteins by genome, cells or tissue, and it is the core of the research on life science in the post-genome era. Proteomics techniques have paved the way for the studies of the physiological regularity of retinal cells and the mechanisms of retinal diseases.
