摘　　要：采用问卷调查等研究方法,对毕业班学生的体育能力掌握情况与获得途径进行了抽样调查,以求了解我高职院校体育课的教学现状,摸索和掌握学生活动的内在规律,为推动教学活动的深化提供科学依据。结果表明:在掌握程度方面反映出较大的不均衡性;在获得途径方面主要表现在课外活动和平时的关注。这就给我们提出了一个非常严峻的问题,体育教学改革如何寻求最佳的方法让学生全面均衡的获得体育能力。Through using the method of questionnaire, this paper made sample investigation on exercise ability and method of senior students in order to understand the teaching condition of physical education class in higher vocational schools, explore their general pattern of living and activity and provide the scientific basis for promotion on teaching activity, The result showed that student＇s exercise method and ability was acquired through extracurricular activity and daily life attention, A serious problem facing us was how to find out best teaching method in physical education reform and let student master exercise ability comprehensively.
