摘　　要：目的分析多发性创伤的急诊救治及相关因素。方法回顾性分析本院2002年8月至2005年8月救治的447多发性创伤临床病例。结果治愈369例（82．5％），死亡78例（17．5％）。结论多发性创伤伤情重，死亡率高，急诊科应力求早期准确诊断，采取确切抢救措施，以提高抢救成功率。Objective To analysis the emergency treatment and relative factors of multiple trauma. Methods To analyse retrospectively clinical data of 447 patients with multiple trauma from Aug 2002 to Aug 2005. Results Among 447 cases, 369 cases were cured and the cure rate was 82.5%, 78 died and the mortality was 17.5%. Conclusion The clinical features of multiple trauma were severe traumatic condition and high mortality. Early precise diagnosis and positive indeed measure can enhance the success ratio in emergency denartment.
