摘  要:研究了聚乙烯蜡(PEW)与马来酸酐(MAH)熔融接枝反应,在PEW分子链上引入了极性基团。采用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振谱(NMR)表征了接枝物的结构,采用滴定法测得接枝物的酸值在25~60mgKOH/g之间。研究了接枝单体MAH、引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和抗氧剂1010用量对接枝物酸值的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为140℃,MAH、DCP和抗氧剂1010用量分别为10.71%,1.96%,0.40%时,接枝产物的综合性能较好。接枝产物制成的填充母料应用于LDPE/CaCO3体系,可以起到较好的偶联作用,改善填充体系的力学性质。The melting graft reaction between maleic anhydride(MAH)and polyethylene wax (PEW) was studied, and polar group was added to the chain of PEW successfully. The structure of grafted PEW was characterized by FT-IR and ^13C-NMR, and the acid number of said grafts was in the range of 25-60 mgKOH/g measured by titration method. The influences of the amount of grafting monomer(MAH), initiator dicumyl peroxide (DCP)and antioxidant 1010 on the acid number were investigated,and the test results showed that the best comprehensive performance of the grafted PEW was obtained at a reaction temperature of 140℃ ,and the amounts of MAH,DCP and antioxidant 1010 were 10.71G ,1.96G and 0.40G ,respectively. The grafted PEW could be used as novel coupling agent in the filling system of LDPE/CaCO3 to enhance the affinity between polyethylene and calcium carbonate, resulting in an improved mechanical property for further processing.
