制造企业管理数字化的问题与对策

摘　　要：管理数字化是企业数字化的重要组成部份.在分析制造企业管理信息化现状的基础上,指出不完全信息化是当前企业信息化中存在的主要问题.研究了管理信息化与管理数字化之间的差异,提出完全信息化是管理数字化的基础,基于管理数字化的信息系统必须支撑过程集成和企业集成,管理数字化最重要的支撑系统是一个以业务管理为核心的基于ERP、PDM和SCM的企业集成大系统.同时,论述了管理数字化的目标与内容,最后,对推进企业管理数字化的策略和关键技术进行了阐述.Digital management is the main body of digital enterprise. On the basis of studying the information management status of manufacturing enterprise, this paper points out that incomplete-information management is the main problem for enterprise information management currently. The differences between information management and digital management is studied. The paper puts forward that the complete-information management is the foundation of digital management and the integrated business management systems based on ERP （enterprise resources planning）, PDM （product data management） and SCM（supply chain management） are the supporting one of digital management. The object, contents and tactics as well as key technologies of digital management are also discussed.
