摘　　要：分析了高校电子阅览室利用中存在的问题,从4个方面对如何加强电子阅览室软环境建设进行了探讨。This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the utilization of university E-reading room, and from four aspects, probes into how to strengthen the construction of the soft-environment of E-reading room.
