摘 要:目的:研究应用生物技术净化含油污废水的方法。方法:制备具有降解原油功能的藻类,进行培养、转接、增殖,通过观察检测原油降解效果,筛选具优势的藻类用于净化含油污废水。结果:将筛选出的7种相对高效藻中的任意4种为一组进行正交实验,用于处理含油废水,表明以普通小球藻和蛋白核小球藻具优势,其中以普通小球藻最具优势,对于18.4mg/L的含油废水,降解去除率高达94%~95%。结论:小球藻属中的普通小球藻和蛋白核小球藻具有降解原油的能力,以普通小球藻降解原油的能力最强,单种藻株降解原油的能力比混合藻株强。Objective: To investigate practical methods for the purification of oil - polluted water in naval ports through the access of biotechnology. Methods: Algae with a potential to degrade crude oil were prepared, cultured, transferred and proliferated. Then, observations and measurements were made to see their effects on oil degradation, to screen superior algae for their application in the purification of oil - polluted water. Results: Orthogonal tests were conducted by using separately the 4 species out of the 7 algae whose efficiency was relatively high in oil purification. And such were the results, in the superior algae with a high potential to treat oil - polluted water, Chlorella vulgaris and Chlorella phyrenoidosa were the main superior algae, the former being the most superior, with a degradation rate as high as 94~95% for oil - polluted water at a concentration of 18.4 mg/L. Conclusion: In the Chlorella spp, Chlorella vulgaris and Chlorella phyrenoidosa were shown to have the ability of degrading crude oil, with the former having the highest potential. And the degradation of a single strain was stronger than a complex strain.
