摘　　要：总结了安钢薄板厂以市场为导向,开展方针目标管理,在产品质量稳步提高的同时产量水平创全国第一的经验,分析和论述了企业推行方针目标管理的可行性和重要意义。Experiences of winning first place of sheet capacity of similar mills of China with the stable quality in sheet rolling plant of Anyang I & S Co. and developing guide and target management based on market requirement are reviewed. The possibility and significance of guide and target management are analysed and described.
