国产钢管张力减径机双位机座的研制

摘　　要：国产双位机座研制是钢管张力减径机核心备件，是重点攻关项目，其技术复杂，加工难度大，经过精心研制，全面消化吸收引进技术，立足国内现有设备，挖潜创新，使国产双位机座性能达到８０年代国外先进的同类产品水平，经济效益显著提高。To suply key spare of tube stretch-reducing mill at home, the sample production of 2-stand housing is the major item,it is to solve the complex technology and difficulties in processing by great efforts.By careful study thoroughly digest and absorb advanced technology in abroad, based on the use of exist equipment at home,tap potentialities and blaze new trails,overcoming many technical difficulties,the sample production is successful.The domestic 2-stand housing is equivalent to the level of products in 1980’abroad,and very efficient in tube production is obtained.
