咽喉淀粉样变性的治疗及预后的观察分析

摘　　要：报告５例咽喉淀粉样变性病例。３例手术切除随访１至５年，无复发。１例从诊断至今已３０余年，目前已８６岁生活仍能自理。复习文献资料，讨论了目前对这一进展缓慢的良性疾病的认识和治疗意见，认为完全切除是较好的治疗方法。cases of amyloidosis of pharynx and larynx were reported.3 of them were operated on to remove the focus,and 1～5 years follow ups found no occurrence.30 years has elapsed since one of them was diagnosed suffering from the disease,who is 86 and still able to take care of herself.A review of the related literature,knowledge and suggestions out of a discussion on the slow progress of this benign diseas indicate that the complete removal of the focus is a relatively good therapy.
