钢质散热器冲压成形时的变形分析

摘　　要：通过模拟实验研究了钢质板式采暖散热器在冲压成形过程中各种工艺参数和材质对变形的影响，并且判断出钢质散热器冲压时危险断面的位置。提出减小散热器成形时不均匀变形程度应采取的措施，同时得到散热器冲压工艺参数的适当范围。The effect of each technological parameters and material properties on strain of the steel panel radiator during forming has been investigated by the simulation test.The position of dangerous section of the radiator has been located.The methods used to reduce the uneven strain of the steel panel radiator in the forming have been proposed.The proper range of the technological parameters in the forming process has been obtained.
