摘 要:针对宝鸡有色金属加工厂1200四辊可逆板材热轧机,利用冶金测量车测试数据,回归出平均单位压力模型并与有关公式曲线进行了分析比较:随着Lc/hc取值不同,实测回归模型曲线与有关公式曲线的误差也随着变化,在Lc/hc=1~2时,实测曲线比较接近于采列柯夫曲线和艾克隆德曲线,其最大误差不超过4%;在Lc/hc>2时,实测曲线较接近于西姆斯曲线和斋腾好弘曲线,其最大误差不超过12%。由于实测压力模型结合了理论推导与现场实际测量并省去了变形抗力试验及其模型回归,这不仅使试验研究大为简化,又保证了其精确性。该实测回归模型适用于在摩擦条件、轧件材质和轧制条件一定时,热轧中厚板及薄板时轧制压力的计算。A metallurgical measuring wagon was applied to measure the technological parameters of the 1200 four-high reversing hot plate rolling mill of Baoji Nonferrous Metals Working Factory. On the basis of rolling theory and a great deal of technological parameters obtained from the practical measurement , an average unit pressure model has been deduced. Analysis and comparison to the related curves were also made in this paper: the tolerance of the practical measurement curve and the related curves varies with the value of Lc/hc. The practical measurement curve is near Tselikov curve and Eklund curve with maximum tolerance no larger than 4 % when Lc/hc = 1~2; and near Sims and Sai To Yoshihiro with maximum tolerance no larger than 12% when Lc/hc>2. Since rolling theory was combined with practical measurement in the deduction of the practical measurement pressure model and the experiment of the deformation resistance was not required ,the research was simplified and the precision guaranteed. The practical measurement pressure model is suitable for the pressure calculation of the hot rolloing of plate and sheet under certain conditions of friction, rolling and rolling materials in the rolling process.
