摘  要:采用透射电镜观察了铸坯加热温度和Mo对高磁感取向硅钢(Hi-B钢)析出第二相质点(硫化物+AlN)的影响。证实上述两个因素对AlN析出形态有很大影响,而对硫化物析出形态影响较小。铸坯加热温度降低和加钼使AlN析出更加细小、弥散。因此,含钼Hi-B钢的铸坯采用较低温度(1310℃)加热,对于提高第二相质点抑制初次晶粒长大的能力是有利的。TEM observations were made of the influences of slab heating temperature and Mo on precipitated second phase particles(sulfide and AlN) in high induction grain-oriented silicon steels (Hi-B).It was proved that the two factors mentioned above had great influences on precipitation morphology of AlN but small influences on that of sulfide.Both of lowering the slab heating temperature and adding Mo resulted in a smaller size and more dispersive distribution of AlN particles.Therefore, It is beneficial for slab heated at a lower temperature(1310℃)and added by a small amount of Mo to improve the second phase particles ability of inhibiting primary recrystallized grain's growth in Hi-B steels.
