摘  要:在Fe-Cr-Ni奥氏体耐热合金中加入不同量的混合稀土元素,在1050℃时进行持久试验。结果表明,适量稀土元素可显著改善合金的持久性能。用俄歇谱仪研究发现稀土元素偏聚于晶界,增加了晶界的结合强度。通过金相试验和扫描电镜研究了合金中的夹杂物,发现稀土元素的变性作用和净化作用也是改善合金持久性能的重要原因。Different amounts of mixed rare-earth(RE) metals were added in Fe-Cr-Ni heat-resisting alloy. Stress rupture test at 1050℃ shows that RE could improve considerably the stress rupture property. AES results show that RE segregated at grain-boundaries and strengthened the grain-boundaries of the alloy. In clusions in the alloy were studied with SEM and metallographic microscope. It is shown that the improvement of stress rupture property was also due to the purification and modification of RE.
