摘 要:钻井过程中,为了实现对钻井液出口流量的监控,综合录井常使用靶式流量传感器或超声波液位传感器测量钻井液出口流量变化。在简述两种方法测量原理及其特点基础上,结合其各自应用分析及安装与测量过程,对两种方法的影响因素及测量精度进行了对比,实例表明靶式流量传感器测量精度远低于超声波液位传感器。因此,应用超声波液位传感器取代靶式流量传感器进行钻井液出口流量的检测应是一种发展趋势。During drilling, in order to realize drilling fluid flow out rate monitoring, the two different detection methods of the target-type flow sensor and ultrasonic level sensor were often used in comprehensive mud logging to measure drilling fluid out rate. On the basis of briefly introducing the measuring principles and characteristics of these two methods, and combining their application analysis, mounting and measuring process, the paper made a comparison of the influence factors with the measuring accuracy between them. The practice indicated that the accuracy of the target type flow sensor was far lower than that of the ultrasonic level sensor. So, it should be a developing trend to replace the target type flow sensor with the ultrasonic level sensor to measure drilling fluid flow out rate.
