摘 要:研究了盐酸、硝酸、高氯酸介质中,稀土元素钕、钇、镧、铕、钐对空气─乙炔焰原子发射光谱法测定镱的影响。提出了1%HClO4介质中,以1000μgLa/ml作为增感试剂测定Yb的方法。方法选择性好,非镱稀土及非稀土元素允许存在量高。本方法测定Yb的线性范围为0~20μg/ml,检测限为0.14μg/ml。应用测定富钇混合氧化稀土浓集物中的Yb和Y2O3粗产品中的Yb,获得满意的结果。This paper focuses on the study of the influences of neodymium,yttrium,lanthanum,europium and samarium on the determination of ytterbium by air-acetylence flame atomic emission spectrometry in the medium of hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid.Ytterbium was determined in the medium of 1% perchloric acid using 1000μg/ml lanthanum as the sensitive agent.This method has high selectivity.A large amount of common non-ytterbium rare-earth and non-rare-earth elements do not interfere.The linear range of the calibration curve of ytterbium is 0-20μg/ml Yb,detection limit is 0.14μg/ml.This method has been used in the determination of trace amounts of ytterbium in the mixture of rare-earth oxides.as well as crude products of yttria with satisfactory results.
