摘　　要：本文通过纵览动力环境集中监控的发展历程,概要总结动力环境集中监控系统数据采集、数据传输、基本组网的主要技术,突出分析了目前动力环境集中监控系统的应用水平和系统稳定性与告警过滤两方面性能的应用现状,探讨了动力环境集中监控系统在B接口、A接口、数据挖掘和科学规划方面的发展方向。Through the survey on the developmental process of collective supervision ＆ control system under dynamic environment, this thesis generalizes the main techniques of collective supervision ＆ control system under dynamic environment, including data collection, data transmission, basic group networks etc. The thesis emphasizes the analysis on the application level and system stability of collective supervision ＆ control under dynamic environment and the application actuality of alarming ＆ filtration, discusses about the developmental direction of collective supervision ＆ control under dynamic environment on the aspects of port B, port A, data collection and scientific planning.
