建立湖北大耳白兔种子库的研究

摘　　要：利用从全国范围内搜集的四个日本大耳白兔种源,建立四个基础群。封闭种群,以非近亲的循环交配方法,连续繁殖四代,对所育大耳白兔,通过统计分析其表型特征,以及对其血液学生理生化指标、体细胞染色体核型的分析。结果表明,所育4世代大耳白兔与纯种的日本大耳白兔在繁殖性能、生长性状、体尺情况及遗传性状等方面都没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。Makes use of four kinds of Japanese white rabbits were collected from Chinese country, and four basic colonies were established. All colonies were closed. The rabbits in every colony were met calculatedly and consecutively as the forth generation rabbits were got. The breeding properties, growing characters, physique length and hereditary features of the rabbits were analysised. The result showed that the forth generation white rabbits are in accordance with the purebred Japanese white rabbits. （ P 〉 0.05）.
