对自杀患者实施人文关怀的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨自杀患者的心理因素及护理体会；实施人文关怀，让患者感受到高品质的护理。方法观察组对患者进行人文关怀；对照组进行常规护理。结果病人及家属对医院的满意率比实施前提高20％，经x^2检验，x^2=21．67，P〈0．01，有显著的差异。结论对患者实施人文关怀能落实我院“用心服务，用情呵护”服务宗旨，在提高护理服务水平的同时，能有效避免或减少自杀行为的发生或再次发生。Objective The study commits suicide the sufferer＇ s mental state factor and nursings realize; Put humanities concern into practice, let the sufferer feel the nursing of the high quallty.Methods Observe the setproceed the humanities concern to the sufferer; The matched control proceeds the normal regulations nursing . Results Patient and family members puts to the satisfied rate ratio of the hospital into practice premise high 20%, was examined by x^2,x^2 = 21.67, P 〈 0.01, have the obvious difference. Conclusions Puts to the sufferer into practice humanities concern can practice my hospital＂diligently serve, takes good care of with the feeling＂ service aim, at increase the nursing service is horizontal at the same time, can avoid effectively or the decrease commits suicide the behavioral occurrence or takes place again.
