摘　　要：本文主要从高校图书馆为迎接“国家教委评估”角度出发,分析并提出高校图书馆提高文献资源建设质量,尤其突出特色馆藏资源建设的新问题、新模式。The main library from colleges and universities to meet the ＂national education assessment screening＂ perspective, analysis and documentation resources to improve building quality higher education libraries, especially prominent feature of the new library, the new model.
