摘　　要：“一直以来”是现代汉语中新出现的短语,本文从句法、语义、语用等角度论证其合法地位。历时地看,“一直以来”处在“X以来”格式和“一直”两条语法化链的交叉点上,它的产生是两方面动因共同作用的结果。共时地看,“一直以来”通过对时间持续性状的凸显,可以传递“该动作或状态持续了很长时间”的会话隐涵义。Yizhi Yilai（一直以来） is an emergent phrase in Mandarin and this paper argues for its legitimacy from the syntactic, sematic and pragmatic perspectives. Diachronically, it is the grammaticalization of both the structure X Yilai（ X 以来） and the adverb Yizhi（ 一直） . Synchronically,it magnifies the continuity property of an action or a state and therefore implicates that the action or the state has sustained for a long period of time.
