摘　　要：按照与时俱进、规范管理的要求,根据工作职责和笔者实践,提出了关于福州专员办开展森林资源监督业务的方略、履行方式和要求等基本构想。In order to meet the requirements of catching up with the time and standardizing the management, some basic ideas about the principle, strategy, practices and requirements of carrying out professional work for supervision of forest resources management in Fuzhou Commissioner Office are put forward in this paper according to the author＇s TORs and practical experiences.
