摘  要:目的研究当代大学生学习心理及学习压力问题对自身学习和成长的影响。方法采用自制的《大学生心理压力调查问卷》进行调查。对调查结果运用SPSS软件统计分析。结果大学生中普遍存在学习心理障碍,学习压力较大。对比中发现:医学生常感到学习任务重,学习不如他人,常为自己的前途担心,常因不喜欢自己所学专业而烦恼,角色转换难度更大;男生常感到学习成绩不理想,常为自己的前途担心,担心自己能否学有所成(用),而女生常感到学习任务较重,学习不如他人;大一新生常感到学习任务重,学习的理想与现实相差太远,而从大一到大三学生越来越不能集中精力学习,越来越因不喜欢所学专业烦恼,越来越为前途担心。结论必须把握好大学生的学习心理和学习压力特征,及时地对他们进行引导与干预,帮助学生健康成长。Objective To study the influence of college students' learning psychology and learning pressure on the growingup and studies. Methods To make a survey by self-made Questionnaire on Psychological Pressure for College Students, then analyze the result of questionnaire by using SPSS software. Results It is quite common that psychological difficulty appears among most college students, and learning pressure is also found heavy, and it is found that medical students always feel overloaded and worried about their study and future, while girls always feel overloaded as well as worry about that their study is not so good as others. As freshman, they always feel overloaded and the great gap between their expectations and reality, From the first year to the third year, they feel more and more difficult to concentrate in learning, more and more boring on their specialties as well as worrying on the future. Conclusion Learning psychology and pressure traits should be well understood, and the timely conduction or prevention is necessary so as to help them grow up healthily.
