摘　　要：文化是人们在特定能源环境中改造客观世界的一种社会能量,不是行政却胜于行政。文章分析了长三角的文化特点和现状,从文化的哲学内涵提出了“长三角经济-文化生态圈”的构建思路。The culture is a kind of society energy used to reform the impersonal world in the special energy resources environment.It＇s not administration but rather than administration.This paper analyses the culture characteristics and status of Yangtse River delta, puts forward the thoughts of construction of ＂economy-culture ecology circle of Yangtse River delta＂ from the philosophy meaning of the culture.
