坚尼草种子休眠期的研究

摘　　要：对不同贮藏期的坚尼草Panicum mazimum种子采用不同方法进行处理,结果表明,贮藏5个月及以前的种子,发芽率的提高随处理方法不同而异,以10%浓度的硝酸钾溶液浸泡6 h的为好;而贮藏7个月及以后的种子,不同处理间的发芽率差异不显著。由此表明,坚尼草种子在常温下贮藏7个月可解除休眠,此时期的种子发芽率高,生长快,适宜生产上应用。Different treatments were applied to the seeds of Panicum mazimum CV. Reyan no. 8, which had been stored for different lengths of time. The results showed that to the seed stored for 5 months or less, the germination rate varied with the treatment. The seed soaked in 10% solution of potassium nitrate for 6 hours germinated best. As to the seed stored for 7 months or more, changed treatments did not significantly affect the rate of germination. It was proved that the seed of Panicum mazimum CV. Reyan no. 8 would be relieved from dormancy under normal temperature for 7 months, when the seed germinated at a high rate, and grew at a fast speed. It was applicable to production.
