催化加氢制备含卤芳胺化合物工艺研究

摘　　要：采用BCA为防脱氯剂，甲醇为溶剂，用自制催化剂进行加氢还原2，5-二氯硝基苯制备了2，5-二氯苯胺。最佳工艺条件为：反应温度70—75℃，氢气压力0．7～0．8MPa，ω（2，5-二氯硝基苯）：ω（自制催化剂）：63．4：1．0。在此最佳工艺条件下，得到的产品含量（气相色谱外标法）99．3％，产品收率达96．2％。Using methanol as solvent, BCA as anti-dechlorine agent, 2,5-dichloroaniline was prepared by hydrogenation of 2,5-dichloronitrobenzene in the presence of self-prepared catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows： the reaction temperature was 70 - 75℃, the pressure of hydrogen was 0. 7 - 0. 8MPa, the weight ratio of 2,5-dichloronitrobenzene to self-prepared catalyst was 63.4： 1.0. Under the above-mentioned conditions, the content of 2,5-dichloroaniline was 99.3% （by GC） with the yield of 96. 2%.
