电溶法处理低钴硬质合金废料的研究

摘　　要：对电溶法处理废硬质合金的原理进行了分析,对电溶法处理钴含量低于8%的废硬质合金进行了工艺研究。试验表明,只要适当地控制电溶的槽电压、酸度、电流密度等工艺参数,就可以避免出现钝化现象从而将低钴硬质合金废料进行有效的分离。The technique of processing of cemented carbide scrapes is analysed, and the processing of Co （〈8%） cemented carbide scrapes by electrochemical method is studied in the experiment. The result indicates that it can decompose cemented carbide scrapes effec- tively if controlling the techniques of acidity, current density and trough voltage of electrochemistry properly avoiding the passivation effect.
