改性低毒氯丁橡胶胶粘剂的研究

摘　　要：氯丁橡胶(CR)在有机过氧化物引发下,与低碳数烯类改性单体接枝聚合,采用改性丙酮与低碳芳烃、酯类为低毒混合溶剂制得具有对难粘材料良好粘接的性能且胶液毒性较低的改性低毒氯丁像胶胶粘剂。确定最佳合成的反应温度80℃、反应时间5 h、引发剂的用量0.5%、改性单体的用量10%,投料的方式采用轮流滴加法。The chloroprene rubber （CR） grafts and polymerizes with less - carbon alkenes by the initiation of organic peroxides. The modified and low- poisonous chlorine rubber adhesive, which has good stickability for some substances difficult to stick, can be produced with modified acetone, less- carbon aromatic hydrocarbon and estates as low - poisonous and mixed solvent. The experiments determine the best synthetic reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the duration of the reaction is 5 h, the quantity of initiator is 0.5 %, the quantity of the modified monomer is 10 %, and the inturn adding.
