摘 要:本工作研究了灵敏度极高的聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术在结核杆菌基因诊断中的可靠性,以及尘肺患者中结核杆菌感染率。经动物标本PCR检测与尸体病理解剖结果对照研究,结核杆菌PCR诊断技术特异性可达100%,敏感性约62.5%,准确度为82.4%。97例尘肺患者痰标本PCR检测,发现结核杆菌感染率为24.7%n this paper the highly sensitive polymerase chain reaction (PCR)testing was compared with pathologic diagnosis for TB in animals and used to detect the incidence of TB infection in pneumoconiosis patients.The serum and respiratory tract secret derived from 17 primate or herbivorous animals in Beijing Zoo were tested by PCR and the tissue slices were subjected to pathologic examination for diagnosis of lung tuberculosis. The results indicated that the specificity of the PCR method is 100% ,the sensitivity is 62.5%, and the predictive accuracy is 82.4%.Results of PCR testing for TB of 97 sputum specimens from pneumoconiosis patients showed 24 positive.The incidence rate of M.TB infection among examined patients was 24.7% which was 10% higher than that from traditional epidemiological investigation.
