摘　　要：针对目前计算机应用的实际情况,提出了关于电子图章的一种新的设计思想,使电子图章更加容易实现,更加容易推广应用。介绍了电子图章的加密原理、电子图章加密后的安全性以及电子图章的控件设计方法、数据文件的格式和使用Delphi进行控件开发的流程,并针对电子图章的应用环境提出了改进建议。According to the environment of actual computer application, a new design of electromc seat is presented, which can design electronic seal more easily and make electronic seal to be applied more widely. Firstly, this paper describes the encryption theory of electronic seal and analyzes the security of the encrypted electronic seal. Then the paper introduces the design of the electronic seal control, file format and the way to develop the control using Delphi. At last some advice is given for improving the electronic seal according to the application environment.
