摘　　要：根据我国城市污水处理厂二级出水的水质标准,结合循环冷却水对再生水质的要求,分析了二级出水存在的问题以及再生的必要性.在总结国内外部分城市二级出水再生工艺的基础上,结合沈阳康平电厂的工程实例,提出了一种适合我国国情的二级出水再生工艺.According to the quality characteristics of secondary effluent from urban sewage treatment plant, combining the requirement of recirculating cooling water for reclamation water,analyzes the questions of secondary effluent and the necessity of reclamation. On the basis of summarizing internal and external reclamation technology of urban secondary effluent, taking Shenyang Kangping Power Plant as example, puts forward a kind of reclamation technology of secondary effluent adapting to the situation of our country.
