摘  要:采用机械球磨和微波加热烧结方法研究了不同补锂量对锂离子蓄电池正极材料LiCoO2的物相结构、形貌及电化学性能的影响。对制得的不同锂钴比LiCoO2样品,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和恒电流充放电测试仪等进行检测,得出采用微波合成LiCoO2材料时最佳的补锂量为2.5%,室温下以20mA/g进行恒电流充放电,其首次充放电比容量分别为160.58mAh/g和153.44mAh/g,10次循环之后比容量为141.67mAh/g。The effects of different Li/Co ratio on the crystalline structure, morphology of particles and electrochemical properties of LiCoO2 cathode materials for lithium-ion battery prepared by means of mechanical ball-milling and microwave processing were mainly studied in this paper. The different Li/Co ratios' LiCoO2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electro microscopy and constant current charge-discharge test. The results showed that the optimum Li/Co ratio in the LiCoO2 preparation by microwave processing was 2.5%, and the factors of the processing was optimized. The last product was tested with a current of 20 mNg at room temperature. The initial specific charge/discharge capacity was 160.58 mAh/g and 153.44 mAh/g respectirely and its specific discharge capacity was 141.67 mAh/g after 10 cycles.
