摘  要:目的观察针刺对肥胖大鼠的减肥作用及其对脂肪细胞形态的影响。方法建立实验性肥胖大鼠模型,分组观察针刺对肥胖大鼠的体质量、附睾脂肪、肾周脂肪、心包周脂肪及肝肾重量的影响,并采用HE染色法观察脂肪细胞形态的变化。结果肥胖大鼠体质量[(512.24±13.56)g]、附睾周脂肪[(5.14±1.57)g]、肾周脂肪[(8.12±2.86)g]、心包周脂肪[(1.04±0.18)g]及白色脂肪细胞的体积[(3.56±2.50)μm3]均显著高于正常大鼠水平;针刺治疗后,针刺组大鼠体质量[(442.10±30.32)g]、附睾周脂肪[(3.57±0.50)g]、肾周脂肪[(5.84±2.47)g]、心包周脂肪[(0.72±0.05)g]及白色脂肪细胞的体积[(1.70±1.25)μm3]均显著下降,大鼠白色脂肪细胞的体积缩小,胞体塌陷,棕色脂肪血管周围的白色脂肪减少。结论针刺对肥胖大鼠白色脂肪细胞形态的影响可能是实现减肥的形态基础。Objective To observe the effect of reducing fat of acupuncture treatment in obese rats and the effect on shape of fat cell. Methods Experimental fat model rats were stablished and were observed the influence of acupuncture treatment on reducing weight of body, fat tissue around testis , fat around the kidney , fat around heart , liver and kidney of obese rats ,and HE tinction were used to observe morphological changing of fat cell. Results All of the weight (512.24 ± 13.56) g, fat tissue around testis (5.14 ± 1.57 ) g, fat around the kidney ( 8.12 ± 2.86) g, fat around heart ( 1.04 ± 0.18) g, volume of white fat cell( 3.56 ± 2.50)μm^3 in the obese rats were all significantly enlarged than those in the normal rats. After acupuncture treatment, the marked weight (442.10 ± 30.32 )g lose effect was achieved while the fat tissue around testis (3.57 ± 0.50)g, fat around the kidney( 5.84 ± 2.47 ) g, fat around heart ( 0.72 ± 0.05 ) g, volume of white fat cell ( 1.70 ± 1.25 ) μm^3 obviously decreased in the obese rats ,the body of fat were contracted, the white fat around the brown fat vein were reduced. Conclusion It may be the basic mechanism of the influence to reduce fat of acupuncture treatment.
