摘　　要：发展循环经济自20世纪90年代传入中国后,时至今日已从理念发展到实践,由试点单位扩展到全国各地。但如何使循环经济长大,如何激励循环经济的主体——企业主动实行循环经济的发展模式,仍是亟待研究的问题。本文试从经济学的视角。阐述如何通过建立相关经济激励政策,发挥市场机制的作用。促进企业进一步实行“资源能量消耗少、经济效益高、污染排放少”的循环经济发展模式。Since being introduced to our country in the 1990s last century, developing recycle economy, even to this day, has already grown from idea to practice, from the pilot unit to all parts of the Country. But how to make recycle economy grow up？ How to encourage the subject of recycle economy enterprise voluntarily to implement the development model of recycle economy is still a problem urgently to be studied. From the economic visual angle this text tries explaining how to set up relevant economic incentire policies, give play to the role of market mechanism, promote enterprises to further implement the development model of recycle economy ＂resources with few energy consumption , high economic benefits little disposal of pollutants＂.
